No Refunds: We regret that we cannot offer refunds on any purchases made through our website. Please consider your choice carefully before finalizing your order.

Exchange Within 3 Days: We understand that preferences may change, and we want to accommodate your needs. You may request an exchange for a different product within three (3) days of the original purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must remain completely unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect resalable condition.

Inspection of Perfume Box/Bottle: The inspection of the perfume box and bottle for eligibility of an exchange will be at the discretion of SAEY headquarters. We will carefully assess the condition of the product to ensure it complies with our exchange policy. If the product is found to be in perfect, unused condition, an exchange will be processed.

Please note that any return shipping costs associated with an exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.
